But, ultimately, cellulite is a genetic condition, and if you’re predisposed to it, you’ll have it no matter what.
Which areas should I avoid when rolling?
Not a lot of them, but you should avoid your neck, your head, your genitals and possibly your hands. You should also avoid any area where you have stitching, or you’ve recently had surgery on or any area that’s swollen or in extreme pain.
