Hello, welcome, and thanks for joining us today for this Viktor Jurgen Massager Review.
Victor Jurgen USA are a top-rated American company that have been distributing electronic goods since 2016. A selection of their devices are portable massagers and massage cushions.
What makes this such an appealing massager, is the fact that it is supplied with three sets of head attachments. These can attach to the dual head nodes. Most other massagers similar to this model, only come with a single massaging head. Having dual head nodes is a great design feature that means that you are able to massage double the body’s surface area at any one time.
And using these various different removable head nodes allows the Victor Jergen to combine numerous movements and pressures. It is, therefore, able to mimic the real hands of a professional masseuse.
First of all, do not be deceived by the name of this device. Although Victor Jurgen have named it a back massager, this is perfectly suitable for use on all areas of your body within reach.
The interchangeable head attachments can offer a range of different sensations and massage techniques. The nodes will vibrate and penetrate to muscles under the skin. And the vibration intensity can be adjusted to one that you find comfortable.
On purchase, you will receive three sets of two heads. These can be fixed as pairs to the dual head nodes. They will work together, harmonizing your message to a particular style.
Mix And Match…
However, if you want some variation or different massage styles at the same time, you can always mix and match to your own personal preference.
The three sets of heads are as follows –
First Up, We Have The Deep Tissue Head Nodes
This pair each have, one large domed surface. When held against your body, they will give an intense singular pressure. Thus pushing against your muscles and releasing all the tension away. The technique these heads follow is to soothe and relax, rather than be forceful and vigorous.
Next Up Are The Circular Heads
These have multiple tips that pulsate against your body. The idea of this is to give more concentration to specific areas. If you suffer from cramps, sports injury, or just general aches and pains, then this will relax those spots. The 26 tips on each node, rub against the skin, invigorating, and relaxing the muscle stresses. In turn, your blood circulation will be enhanced.
Then We Have The Intensive Nodes
There are three tips on each head. They will send pulses deep under your skin, rejuvenating muscles, joints, and increasing blood flow. These heads will give the strongest, most forceful of massages. Some will find the massage from the intensive nodes rather harsh, but it is certainly invigorating.
However, remember that the motor only controls the speed of the vibrations. You are in control of the pressure applied. So, work together with the machine to create your own desired massage effect.
A point to note…
The material chosen to make these nodes is a rubberized plastic. Fine in itself, but be careful with prolonged use. The rubber could make your skin sore, especially if it is dry. We would recommend you keep the rubber heads moist. Apply some massage oil to your skin first and keep applying it during the course of the massage. That should be sufficient to keep everything in order.
The electric, copper motor installed in the Victor Jurgen is a powerful machine. It can manage to send up to 3,350 vibration pulses per minute. That is at its maximum power, and at that speed, it gives a really intense massage.
Depending on which massage heads you choose to use, will depend on how high or low you wish the vibrations to be. The motor speed can be turned up or down to suit your style.
High Or Low Speed?
In general terms, a higher speed is best suited to the deep tissue head. This is because it covers a larger body area with less focus on a smaller direct area. So you will benefit from the vigours of a high vibration, but with less intensity.
The circular and intensive head nodes do focus more closely on smaller areas of your body. So, the higher you turn up the speed of the motor, the more intensity you will experience. At near to, or at ‘full whack’, this is likely to be too much to take for a lot of people.
You can manage the speed and massage intensity using the personalized speed feature.
The motor has its power supplied from a 71-inch electric cable. That should be more than long enough to not get yourself in a ‘tangle’, whilst using the massager.
Design And Ergonomics
When you first see the Victor Jurgen massager, it may come as a surprise as to how big this device actually is. This is much larger than other handheld machines. The bulky size can hinder the reaching of certain areas, such as the inner and rears of your thighs, though, on the whole, it is advantageous.
It has a non-slip, rubber grip that is comfortable to handle and easy to manipulate. For use on your arms, legs, feet, or neck, you will have no problem in using this yourself.
The weight of this device is 3.35 pounds. This is not ‘real’ heavy but, it has been noted that if used for extended periods, in harder to reach areas of your body, such as your back, this may become a bit of a struggle.
However, for an even more enjoyable experience, as well as covering those harder to reach areas, you can always get a friend or your partner to do the massage for you.

Viktor Jurgen Massager Review Conclusion
So, there we have it, and we hope our review has been of help to you. The Victor Jurgen massager is, on the whole, a great buy.
The main advantage of this model is the extra massage head. This is really good, simply because of the larger surface area that you can apply this to. The three choices of head nodes also give you a nice array of massage sensations and intentions.
You can choose from a soothing, relaxing massage, just for the sheer pleasure of it. If, however, you have more of an ailment or if the application needs to be more specific or intense, due to an injury, then you have this option too. And, of course, the powerful motor can be controlled to suit how soothing or vigorous a massage you want.
But it’s a bit big and heavy…
Some may find the large size difficult to use on certain areas of your body, though, that is limited, as, for the main, you will be able to apply to most parts easily enough. The weight is the only other issue to consider. This is not really an issue unless you are holding it in an awkward position for some length of time.
However, if you are after a larger handheld massager that can both calm and invigorate you, refresh you and revitalize your aching, weary muscles, then we do feel that you can not go wrong with this model.
Thanks, guys ‘n gals, and until next time…
